With the NordicTrack Step Climber, you can go farther and reach greater altitudes. Its smooth stair-stepping motion and reduced impact will help you work your quadriceps and glutes. 22 digital resistance levels provide the ideal amount of challenge for your body. You can select the resistance you need to reach your objectives, ranging from recovery to high intensity. The Step Climber features multifunction handlebars with a variety of grip configurations, oversized pedals that accommodate all foot sizes, and an AutoBreezeTM fan that automatically adjusts intensity to match your effort. For any exerciser, the 10″ HD touchscreen may be tilted to the perfect viewing angle. Users can follow professional iFIT Trainers in strength, yoga, HIIT, and other workouts on and off the Step Climber if they have an iFIT Pro membership (subscription required). iFIT’s worldwide routines may adjust to your personal fitness level thanks to SmartAdjustTM technology, and you can set goals and watch sessions that are automatically scheduled for you on the machine with iFIT AI Coach. In addition to providing access to streaming services straight on the touchscreen display (subscriptions to streaming services are not included), iFIT syncs with Strava, Garmin, and Apple Health to track your stats across devices.
