You can see your training statistics in real time and monitor your speed while running thanks to an inbuilt LCD display. Install the iFIT App on your smart device (device not included) to get the most out of the ProForm Sport Treadmill. Using iFIT You may compete with your friends, simulate real-life runs using Google MapsTM, access a library of more than 10,000 trainer-led exercises, track your progress automatically, and customize your training to meet your unique objectives. Your iFIT trainers will automatically change your speed and incline thanks to SmartAdjustTM technology, allowing you to stay focused and know that you’re exerting the necessary amount of effort. Additionally, the Sport Treadmill has ActivePulseTM technology, which automatically modifies the challenge to maintain your heart rate in the ideal range (SmartBeat armband required). * iFIT Train Trial is free for 30 days.
