Use the Body Power AB30 Dual Action Air Bike to intensify your hybrid workout at home! The AB30 has a belt drive mechanism for smooth pedaling and a 510mm diameter fan that increases resistance the harder you cycle. Static footrests and standard strap pedals (140mm crank length) work in tandem with movable handlebars to engage the upper and lower bodies simultaneously or separately. A sizable monitor on the Body Power AB30 Dual Action Air Bike shows your speed, RPM, time, distance, calories, watts, and program. Even a 5.3K pulse receiver is integrated inside it; you may use your own heart rate monitor to track your pulse on-screen. Above the console is a holder for your phone or tablet. The saddle of the AB30 can be adjusted both vertically and horizontally, making adjusting the riding position between users really simple. The frame also features levellers, a water bottle holder and front transport wheels for easy movement around your home gym
