Utilize iFIT to get more out of the 550R rowing machine. To start the next exercise in your customized plan, go into your iFIT account* on your own device (a tablet or smartphone is not provided) and link it to the 550R Rowing Machine. While working iFIT automatically adjusts the eight resistance levels to the desired intensity based on your performance. With iFIT, you can access more than 10,000 exercises, intelligent features, and coaching from knowledgeable iFIT Trainers in exciting places around the world. In both short and long sessions, the trainers are there to help you with form, keep you inspired to finish strong, and provide you with information on places around the world to keep you interested. Comfortable large pedals that pivot and feature nylon foot straps that can be adjusted to accommodate most sizes will make you feel stable and safe. At the conclusion of your session, simply pull the strap to release your foot or jump into a cross-training workout. The 550R also features a comfortable, soft grip handle that feels good throughout your workout.
