Many components and features of the F3 Folding Pilates Reformer are similar to those of the Align-Pilates commercial line. Smoother, more stable movements are guaranteed with an entirely redesigned carriage and aluminum runners that avoid crossing the fold’s join. The F3 was created to provide the advantages of a Pilates Reformer workout without requiring a special location in your house. It makes use of the same premium springs used in professional reformers, with one mild, one medium, and two powerful springs providing a great deal of adaptability and progressive, smooth resistance. The F3’s fixed shoulder rests come in two width options, its head rest has three configurations, and its foot bar has four positions (including down). For a quieter workout, the handles are double-looped with “silent” metal-free couplings. In just a few short minutes, the Align-Pilates F3 Folding Pilates Reformer folds up into a small, portable device that is safe to store out of the way.
